She goes out of her way to make sure guests feel valued, whether that’s checking in with players, resolving issues quickly, or simply maintaining a positive, energetic atmosphere throughout the lodge. It’s obvious that her team reflects her standards, because the level of service is consistently high across the board. Thanks to Monica’s management, the lodge feels like more than just a place to play it’s a community. Whether you’re a beginner or a regular, she ensures everyone has a great experience. She has a strong understanding of the game and does a great job breaking down techniques in a way that’s easy to understand, whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine advanced skills. Her coaching style is patient, encouraging, and highly engaging, which makes learning both effective and enjoyable. One of Monica’s biggest strengths is her ability to tailor instruction to each player’s skill level. She provides clear, actionable feedback and focuses on fundamentals like footwork, positioning, and shot consistency, while also helping players build confidence on the court. In town for an overnight business trip and found a true gem at Lunken Landing!!! Booked a couple open play sessions the day before my flight. The location is only 20 minute ride from CVG and I went straight from the airport to the courts (with my luggage…haha). I was welcomed by amazing team members who were kind enough to store my luggage, and also recommend a local spot for me to order food for lunch! Yummm!!! Everyone I met was absolutely fabulous…making it a warm and inviting atmosphere!! And I have to say, because it’s not always the case, that the session/player ratings were on point and the level of play during each match was exactly what I would have expected it to be. 4 hrs of play later and the only thing hurting was my heart because I had to leave!! Thank you to the entire Pickle Lodge community for making this an amazing and unforgettable experience!! :) I will be back!!!

A new BEST place for pickleball on the east side of Cincinnati! Currently open with 8 courts, More courts are under construction and will be opening soon! Coming in January upper level with full wrap-around bar and overview of all courts. There will also be a restaurant coming after the first of the year!
